We discovered we have a cherry tree in our backyard and they are good and ripe enough to start picking. And, I received a request to make cherry pie from these, so maybe that'll be a topic for another post.
I used to pretend those twin cherries were earrings when I was little girl. Great Dede used to find them for me and put them on my ears. And now I see my darling grandbaby holding them up. Try them on Viley's ears next time!
